The device head is available in three different sizes. When you purchase a Tandir knife, one of the three sizes is integrated. 

The diameter of the circular knife is:

• 100 mm,
• 120 mm or
• 140 mm.

A knife head size includes the appropriate circular knife and the matching blade cover.
